- Heat oil in a pan over a medium flame for deep frying.
- By pressing the cone, make small shaped jalebis into the pan.
- For sugar syrup : Take a heavy bottomed pan. Add sugar and pour water to it and stir it continuously over a medium flame to form one string consistency.
- Using the tongs, pick the jalebi and dunk it inside the syrup for a few minutes.
- Transfer the jalebi into a serving plate and serve :).
