- Get 2 tbsp green chilli (finely chopped)
- Prepare 3 tbsp sesame seed
- Prepare 1/4 cup yogurt
- Take 2 tbsp melted butter
- Get Water as required
- Make ready oil for deep frying
There are many variant of theplas like dudhi thepla, methi thepa. Excess flour from the thepla and place on hot tawa. Flip thepala to other side, when you see bubbles on the surface. Cook thepla both side using little oil then increase stove flame and remove t.

- Firstly cleaned & wash (3-4 times) fenugreek leaves n finely chopped it, set aside
- Grate lauki, set aside
- Mix all dry ingredients then add melted butter n mix it
- Add fenugreek leaves, lauki & yogurt n mix it
- Make a soft dough with water(add slowly little by little At a time)
- Rest for 30 minutes
- Take a small ball sized dough
- Grease ur both hand palms n flattened it with ur palms
- Deep fry it on medium high flame
- Serve with raita, chatni & chaas (Lassi)
