  5. Cook them on a hot griddle on low heat covered with few drops of oil drizzled on the sides and center.
  6. Patiently cover and cook on both sides over medium to low heat.
  7. Cook on both sides using 1 tsp of oil till it turns golden brown in colour from both sides.
  8. Serve with curd any accompaniments of your choice.
