  2. Mix salt and turmeric into it
  3. Dry inthe sun for two days
  4. Now prepare a powder of the mustard and five spices
  5. Add this into the mango along with red chilli Powder
  6. Grind the jaggery and mix into it
  7. Pour this into a jar
  8. Now heat oil and pour into the jar and shale the jar well so that everything get combined
  9. Keep in sun for at least one week

Drain syrup and reheat to boiling. Place mangos in bowl and pour hot syrup over them. Sweet mango pickles are very special. The mangoes chosen for this pickle should be firm and under ripe. They are peeled, cut into thin slices and simmered in sugar syrup with garlic, cloves, bay leaf.
