Instructions to make Mango Pickle:
  1. Wash mangoes nicely 2_3 times..
  2. Now keep it in salt water overnite.. - For atleast 10_12 hrs.
  3. Now wash the mangoes again..
  4. Take a big thal or a big pan add all the masalas add little oil and mix it well.
  5. Now put the mango pieces in masala and mix add some oil if it dry
  6. Now take a dry clean glass jar
  7. Put half of the mango pieces along with masala in a glass jar add some oil again put the rest mango pieces put the remaining oil…
  8. Cover the jar and shake it well..
  9. If possible keep the jar in sunlight everyday for 1/2 for better result and to be made fast.
  10. Your aachar will be ready in a weeks time ❤❤.
