- Wash aloe vera properly. Peel throny edges carefully and cut in to small square pieces.

- Drain the water and pat it on kitchen towel to remove the water completely.
- Heat oil in a pan on smoking point.
- Reduce the heat. Let it little cool.
- Add asafoetida in it and soute for a while.
- Add aloe vera and fenugreek seeds in it and saute for five minutes.
- Add salt and pepper, turmeric powder, dry mango powder in it. Mix well.
- Switch off the flame. Add vinegar in it.
- Cool it on room temperature and tranfer to sterilized bottle.
- See that the oil covers the top layer so that it does not get spoilt.
