- Pressure cook the Bone marrow along the chopped onions, tomato, Ginger, turmeric powder,salt till it's half cooked. once done release the pressure.
- Grind Dry chilli, Coriander seeds, Pepper, Jeera and cinnamon in a mixer jar. No need to dry roast.
- Add the ground powder to the half-boiled soup and then pressure cook again till it’s fully cooked.
- Bone marrow can take a Long time to cook. So can cook on a low flame. Once cooked, switch off the stove. Garnish soup with coriander leaves and serve.
