- Cut the dough with a glass or a simple cookie (stick to simple shapes like circles or squares, the longer you work with the dough the stickier it gets.)
- Place the cookies 1 inch apart on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
- Boil 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water to the thread stage.
- Remove the pan from heat and stir in 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
- Glaze your lebkuchins.
