  2. Now add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes till they are transparent.
  3. Add tomatoes and almonds and a little salt.
  4. Cook till tomatoes are mashy.
  5. Cool down the above mixture and then grind it into fine paste by adding water as required.
  6. Heat 3 tsp of oil and fry the paneer cubes and capsicum cubes little and take them out.
  7. Now in the same pan add the paste and mix well
  8. Now add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp coriander powder and mix well.
  9. Add little water and cook on medium flame until the paste starts leaving oil from it's sides.
  10. At this stage add 1/2 cup of water and mix well
  11. Now add paneer and capsicum cubes and salt to taste and cook while covering the lid for 5-6 min on medium flame.
