  3. In a pan add a drop of ghee and then add the tomato cashew mixture.

  5. Let the spices mix well then add malai
  6. Then add milk.
  7. Then add fried potatoes.
  8. Then add fennel powder and garam masala.
  9. Simmer it for 5-7 minutes.
  10. Now add fresh malai again and turn off the flame.
  11. Serve it with Naan, paratha and kulchas.
  12. Garnish it with coriander leaves and Green Chillies.
