Instructions to make Mango Crescent:
  1. Preheat oven to 325. - Melt butter in pan, when done turn off heat. With the butter melted mix in the sugar.
  2. Combine mango pieces with sugar mixture. Mix together to cover mango pieces.
  3. Unroll crescents. Add mango mixture on top. Roll each corner of the crescent in and pinch openings.
  4. Place crescents on baking pan. Brush crescents with egg whites. Place in the oven and bake 10 mins or until golden brown.
  5. Let cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and add mint leaf for decoration.
