- Heat a dosa tawa,pour a ladle full of batter and make into circle.Drizzle oil on all sides and cook on both sides
- Note : Instead of using pearl millet alone we can use half quantity regular rice and half quantity pearl millet.
This kambu dosa is also known as bajra ,this is rich in calcium,iron and fiber. This fermented batter to make this kambu dosa smells so fresh and smooth.
