- Take all flours in a broad bowl. Grate all veggies..
- Add all grated veggies into flour. Add ginger garlic chilli paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, sugar, lemon juice, soda and 3-4 tsp oil in it. Mix well to make a smooth dough by adding little water at a time if needed.
- Boil a steamer. Grease perforated plate with oil. Grease your hands with oil. Make muthiyas like this and cook in steamer for 25 mins.
- When cooked let it cool down completely. Cut into pieces. Heat remaining oil in a pan. Add in dry red chillie, cumin mustard seeds and sesame seeds. Add asafoetida and chopped muthiyas. Mix well and cook on low flame.
