Instructions to make Orange Madeleines:
- First soak flaxseed powder for 5-minutes, and melt butter and add orange zest and honey and mix properly. Take soaked flaxseed powder in a big bowl and mix castor sugar and add orange juice and mix well.
- Sieve maida & baking powder in a bowl and gently mix by cut & fold method now add butter, zest, honey mixture and mix well add vanilla essence and mix.
- Fill in piping bag and pipe in Madeleines silicone mould and bake at 180 degree Celsius in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes till or till done.
- Unmould from the mould and cover corners of the Madeleines with melted orange chocolate compound and sprinkle finely chopped pistachios.
- Serve YUMMY Orange Eggless Madeleines in a plate garnish with pistachios.
