- Bring cut raw mango pieces ready from Market orr cut it in the home.Remove it's seeds.
- Take a pan and Roast Dana methi in low flame to remove moisture if any for 5 minutes,In low flame,roast sauf and mustard seeds and all masale one by one in the pan.
- Give only one or two twist to all masale in the mixer jar.Mix all masale with Mango pieces and keep aside for one day for mixing flavour of salt and all masale with mango.
- Next day,Take a pan,add oil,add long cloves and heat it up nicely..cool it dawn,add asafoidia hing with it and add all mixed masala mangoes.saute it well.put it in any jar.oil should be up to upper level in the jar so that pickle stands for long time. Tasty Pickle is ready.
