- Get 8-10 raw mango
- Get 2 tbsp fenugreek,cumin,carom,fennel

Steps to make Aam pickle / mango pickle:
- Wash mangoes,cut in 4 pieces,dry under fan for an hour
- Now heat oil add fenugreek,fennel,cumin,carom, hing
- Saute it
- Add mangoes and salt,chilli,turmeric
- Mix it and cook for 5 minutes,no need to cook completely
- Now cool it
- Fill a glass jar,pour oil,do not uncovered any piece with oil,otherwise fungi can spoil the pickle.
