  2. Get 700 gram sugar
  3. Prepare 2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  6. Make ready 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  7. Take 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  8. Take 1 teaspoon roasted Fenugreek powder
  9. Prepare 11/2 teaspoon roasted soap Powder
  10. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon roasted coriander powder
  11. Take 1 teaspoon mustard oil

Ingredients for Sweet n Sour Mango Pickle Recipe. Khatta mitha Aam Ka achar, Sweet & Sour Mango Pickle Aam ka Khatta meetha achar, Gor Keri Recipe, Guramba Recipe, aam ka meetha achar with jaggery, sweet. Mango pickle is a spicy condiment made with raw mango, spice powders, salt, garlic & oil.

Steps to make Sweet and sour mango pickle:
  1. Firstly cut the mangoes into 4 pieces vertically and wash thoroughly.
  2. Marinate the mangoes with 1 tablespoon salt and turmeric powder for atleast 1 hour.
  3. Now remove the excess water from the marinated mango.
  4. Transfer the mango into a heavy bottom vessel now add sugar, mustard powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt according to your taste. Now cover the vessel, on medium flame heat up for 5 minutes. Then on high flame boil it for 10-15 mins until it become soften, you have to stir continuously. Now simmer it for 5 minutes. Now switch off the flame and keep it in vessel for another 10 minutes. Now add all the roasted powder and mustard oil and mix well. Let it cool for an hour or so.
  5. Now transfer it into a jar and keep it in sunlight for 2-3 days. Achar is ready and it's self life is 1 year.
