- Peel the mango, make the mango slices and pressure cook the mangoes till it becomes soft.
- Add jaggery mix to the raw Mango slices and give a boil.
- Now add milk to the jaggery.
- Add a pinch of salt, when boiling.
- Take 2 tbsp of rice flour and mix it with little milk and make a slurry.
- Finally add the slurry to the pachadi for thickening.
- After a good boil, uduku pachadi is ready to serve. Tangy and Sweet Mango uduku pachadi ready !!!
