- Heat a kadhai and add chopped raw mangoes,jaggery and 2 tbsp water.cook on medium flame. Stir occasionally. Add hing and salt.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes or till the mangoes have softened and the syrup gets thickens. Add red chilli powder and grinded masale and mix everything well.
- Cook for another 2 minutes and Off the flame. Cool down in room temperature and store in an air tight jar.gudamma is ready to eat.
