- Cut Carrot into the same size as Gobo. ※You don't have to put Carrot on water.
- Heat frying pan over medium high, then add oil.
- Take out Gobo from water, and towel dry, then add to 3 to stir fry. Add Carrot as well. Stir fry for about 3〜4 minutes.
- Add Soy Sauce, Mirin, Cooking Sake, and sugar to 4, then turn the heat to low medium. ※You can add 1/2 Tea Spoon of Sesame here if you like.
- Cook until most liquid ir evaporated, then plate to serve.
