  1. Take milk in a bowl add vinegar mix well. Sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda and sugar powder.
  2. Add maida mixture in a milk beat well add pineapple essence oil mix well and make 2 parts.
  3. Add cocoa powder in one part and 1 tsp water mix properly.
  4. Grease tawa and pour 1 tsp. white part. Then 1 tsp. Coco part like this spread on tawa. Now put tawa on slow flame cover the lid. Cook for 7-8 mins. Open the lid and check with toothpick. Sprinkle sugar powder.
  5. Now remove from tawa with spetula softly from edges. And transfer on butter paper. Spread marmalade jam and roll with the help of butter paper. Fold both sides and put in a freezer for 15-17 mins.
