Instructions to make Fried fish:
- Mix all the ingredients and spread on the slit areas of the fish and the inside parts

- On a shallow saucepan, put a half cup of oil and put on heat, let the oil heat to not so hot
- Add in your fish and let cook till one side browns and turn over for the other side to cook
- Once cooked remove from heat and put on kitchen towel to absorb extra oil
- Fish now ready for consumption
- You can also grill the fish after marinating instead of frying
