- In the next step, we have to make sugar syrup.For this take a pan add 3 cup sugar and 1.25 cup water in it put it into medium to high flame to make a consistency of sugar syrup upto 3 strings.
- Now take a big thali/dish/plate n grease it properly with Desi ghee.
- Now add all the ingredients into sugar syrup mix well and do mixing little fast they don't become dry and then pour into ur greased thali/dish/plate.
- Now leave it to set properly n then cut into pieces.
- Ready to serve n eat.
This is a scrumptious dessert or snack. If the syrup is not thick enough, the burfi will take longer to cook with dry milk powder, making the burfi chewy like taffy.
