- Bring down the flame to low and let it cook uncovered. Keep turning in between so that the nut pastes don't stick to the bottom of the pan. If required sprinkle a little water.
- Cook till the chicken is fully cooked and starts releasing ghee.
- Add the milk, stir well and add the saffron. Your Chicken Jambudwip is ready to be served.
- Serve hot with Naan and decorate with sliced onion, tomatoes and green chillies.
