  1. Heat kadahi add 2 tbsp oil fry paneer in it. In bowl put 1 cup water add 1/4 spn salt and Chat Masala. Put fry paneer in that water.
  2. In same kadhai with oil fry onion. Grind fried onion tomato ginger garlic cashew nuts melon seeds green chili dry coconut cumin seeds. Grind it nicely. Make a fine paste.
  3. In same kadhai add 1 tbsp oil and butter now add the onion tomato paste.
  4. Saute it for 2 mins in full flame add remaining Salt and red chilli powder. Cover it and saute it for another 5 mins. Now add Paneer mix it nicely now add cream. Mix it till oil leave side.
  5. At last decorate it with chopped coriander leaves and grated paneer and almonds.
