  5. Grind the mixture and make a paste.
  6. Firstly, heat 1 tbsp oil and butter in a pan and add ginger paste. Cook for a while.
  7. Then add the paste. Cook for 3 minutes.
  8. Then add 200 ml of water. Cook for a while.
  9. Add grated paneer and paneer cubes in the gravy. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
  10. Add garam masala, salt, kasuri methi, and sugar. Cook for 2 minutes.
  11. Add cream and coriander leaves and cook for a while.
  12. The curry is ready to be served.
