  4. Add diced potato and sauté for 5 minutes and then add chopped onions and sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix and sauté for 3 minutes and add the ground peanut powder and mix well. Then add the steamed vegetables to it and mix well and keep a lid over the pan for 2 to 3 minutes
  6. Then add dry mango powder and mix well and cook for 3 minutes. Add chopped coriander to garnish. Serve hot with Roti and Mango pickle. Bon Apetite.
