METHOD: Wash, peel and cut the mangoes into half-inch pieces. Mix in the salt and turmeric and set aside for one hour in a stainless steel vessel. - Check chashni with two fingers.(yadi halka sa ek taar a rha hai). Then off the flame.
- Sweet and spicy pickle is ready.cool it and keep it in glass container.
