Steps to make Raw Mango chutney:
  1. We have taken 500 grams raw mango.let us peel them
  2. Now let us cut off the pulp from the mangoes
  3. Cut down these big chunks in to small pieces
  4. Peel and chop like wise
  5. Heat 2 tsp oil to the pan
  6. Oil is rightly hot add cumin seeds and Fenugreek seeds to the oil
  7. Add 1 tsp fennel seeds and saute the spices for a while
  8. Now add to turmeric powder saute a little and then add the chopped mango chunks.and mix well
  9. Now We will add 1 cup of water,3/4 tsp plain Salt. black Salt and red chilli powder and mix well
  10. Cover and cook for 5 minutes and check later
  11. We have taken 200 grams jaggery. crumble the jaggery in to the small chunks and add garam masala powder mix well
  12. Cook the chutney until jaggery melts completely. Chutney has turned thick and is now ready
