Steps to make Madeleines:
  1. Melt butter and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Beat eggs with vanilla and salt until light in colour.
  3. Add sugar gradually and beat 5 to 10 mins.
  4. Until mixture thick and drop down ribbon consistency.
  5. Sift in flour and add in egg mix and fold it in after each addition.
  6. Take about half egg mix and add in cool butter then mix this in remaining egg mix and fold it.
  7. Cover with cling and keep in the freeze for 90 mins.
  8. Preheat oven and brush mould with butter.
  9. Pour batter in moulds.
  10. And bake for 10 to 12 min till edges start to become light brown
  11. Remove from pan and put on wire rack.
  12. Make a glaze with given ingredients and dip half Madeleines in it.
