  6. Let it get mix nicely with all the masalas, add half cup water so that mango becomes soft, after that add the powder take 2 tsp powder add it to the mangoes with 1 tsp red chilli powder, half tsp haldi powder and mix well
  7. Your chatpata achar is ready after 10 minutes of cooking
