Instructions to make Fresh Mango Pickle:
  1. Wash gunda and mango.
  2. Wipe mango with kitch towel and cut into medium cubes.
  3. In a pan add water to boil gunda by adding 1 tsp salt boil it for 5 minutes take off from flame in a wok add oil when hot add Fenugreek seeds crushed mustard seeds fennel seeds asafoetida powder when splatter take out from flame add all other dry masalas.
  4. Deseed the gunda add it into the masala wok add chopped raw màngo keep it back on the flame on low flame stir it for 5 minutes than add little water and cover the lid unit mango tenders take out in a bowl or jar when cool keep it in the fridge can consume with in 3 /4 days.
