- Cover the lid and Keep it for 24 hours,in between stir it twice.
- Remove the skin of carrots and cut it into 1 inch long, cut the chilli also 1 inch long
- In a mixing bowl add chopped carrot and chilli
- Make powder of mustard dal in mixure jar, now add mango pieces with it's water, add mustard powder, achar masala, mix well
- Add 1/2 cup of lemon juice and mix well then,store it in airtight glass jar and after 2-3 days you can use it.
