- Take 4 tbsp butter

Layered with a rich meat sauce and a creamy parmesan white sauce, plus the perfect amount of mozzarella cheese! This classic lasagna is made with an easy meat sauce as the base. Layer the sauce with noodles and cheese, then bake until bubbly! This is great for feeding a big family, and freezes well, too.
Instructions to make Lasagna:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees C. In a medium sized saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour. Whisk until combined and slowly add the milk until it starts to thicken. Add the salt, black pepper and oregano and then lower the heat to thicken it
- Fry the onions, add the garlic, hoho and dhania, let it soften. Once it’s done, add the paprika, oregano, black pepper, sugar and salt. Then, add the mince meat and let it brown.
- I’m a separate pan, fry the bacon and mushrooms until cooked and then add to the red sauce. Thereafter add the tomato purée and let it thicken
- Now to layer the lasagna, divide the red, white sauce and pasta sheets into 4 portions: first, pasta sheets, then the white sauce, the red sauce then cheese, repeat the process until the top
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover the foil and bake until the top is nice and golden. Let it cool for about 10 minutes, serve and enjoy!
