- Mix the grated Calabash (dhodi) And Sugar together then cook on low heat, till water evaporates and forms a thick syrup
- In a non stick pan, warm up the ghee and add in all dry ingredients till well mixed and slightly golden
- Throw the pan ingredients into the Calabash syrup and cook for another 5 minutes. Can add in dried prunes (Allobukhara)
- Turn off heat and enjoy with a slice of bread or Naan.
