Ton-jiru is one of the most favored of recent trending meals on earth. It is simple, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. Ton-jiru is something which I’ve loved my whole life. They’re fine and they look wonderful.

- Add water into the pot until the vegetables are submerged.
- While waiting for the water to get boiled, shred the ginger. I recommend Japanese daikon/ ginger shredder that you could buy either online, 100 yen shop, Asian grocery stores. Then, I use this time to wash all my dishes:)
- This is how it should look when you have enough water in the pot.
- Use a spoon and a ladle to dissolve the miso while both are in the pot. Add as much miso you need until it tastes less "watery".
- It should look like this color by now.
- Add the shredded ginger. I love ginger, so I usually put a lot:) then stir…
