  3. Miix baking powder and flour together well, then add to egg mixture along with milk.
  4. Batter should be slightly thicker than cake batter.Pour batter into sprayed 8x8 cake pan and spread to even out.
  5. Sprinkle fruit with juice over top of batter keeping more to the center. Add all of juice that has formed in bowl!!
  6. Bake in 350*F oven for 20-25 minutes or required length of time for cake to be golden and dry on top.
  7. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or plain, all are good.
