  2. Take 1 cup sugar
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp pach phodan

  7. Get 1/2 tbsp salt
  8. Prepare 1 cup water

  1. Add mustard oil in kadhai.
  2. Add the bay leaf, panch phoran and dried red chilli. Give a stir. Add mangoes.
  3. Fry for some time. Add water.
  4. Cook till mango is soft. Add sugar. Cook till mango chutney is a bit thick.
