  6. Take 1/3 tsp Himalayan salt

  1. Peel the skin of ginger and grate it into small pieces
  2. Roast the cashews in ghee until just light brown color
  3. Take barnyard Millet and moong lentils and soak it in water
  4. Take all other ingredients in a small bowl
  5. Add Millet and lentils in an instant pot and and add 1.5 cups of water and add cumin, pepper and ginger to it
  6. Close the lid of Instant pot and set it in “Pressure Cook” mode for 6 mins and switch it “On”
  7. After the cooking is done, open the lid and add salt and turmeric to it. At this point add roasted cashews to it as well.Mix it well with a wooden spoon. Serve it hot with your favorite chutney. Or eat by itself.
